Chez
Hey guys, This may seem like a stupid question but I have been thinking of ways to increase my bending strength with a resistance device. Kinda of like the vulcan does for torsion spring grippers. I have already started to do variations on certain exercises in the gym. I have seen some products online but they are really expensive. I found this cheap device and I was wondering if anyone thinks it could help increase bending power. Its called a power twister and it sells for 20 bucks. Let me know it you think it would help or be a waste of money. Also if anyone knows of a proven device that isn't too expensive, please let me know. Thanks, Chez
naturalstrength
Please, do not buy this contraption. Use the money to buy a bucket of nails and build your strength that way instead.

Agreed on the bucket of nails instead. - Aaron

Mike Rinderle
Bucket of 60Ds like the boys said. Other exercises you can do to help increase bending strength: - Sledgehammer levers in all directions - Gripper chest crushes - rope push downs at the gym (make sure you torque your wrists out at the end) - wrist roller in both directions - isometric hits on bars frozen at different points in the bend. (learn to exert max strength for as long as you can hold the hit) But the only really good way to get good at bending is to bend. Good luck with your training! Chez
Thanks Mike, that's really helpful. I'm trying to gain as much knowledge as possible. Same thing I did with grippers.
