I am currently doing stronglifts 5×5: Workout A: (squat, bench press, pendlay rows)(5x5); Workout B: (squat, military press)(5x5); (deadlift)(1x5); Please advise me a good grip program that integrates finely with my strength training and doesn't cause over-training. I don't have access to cutting edge progressive grippers. please advise me a program that is not dependent on grippers because i don't have access to them. but i have access to chinup bars and towels, plates for pinching, and other old school equipments.
