I love the rower. I'm not man enough to go longer than 3k, though. And I usually punk out at 2k anyhow...

Imo, 1k and 2k are the hardest distances as they require hard pulling and some stamina. The only thing that I've found comparible, probably harder, to a C2 rower was the versaclimber.

Word. As far as "cardio" equipment goes I'll take those two, a stepmill and a jacob's ladder. Too easy to kid yourself on most everything else...

Yoke up to 570 for 40ft (inside still, lame)... wicked easy but I was all like yawning and like just like tired... called this good for the day.

New Rolling Thunder up to 185 Left and 210 Right

Hub Pinch 45 x 7 Right, 25 x 10 Left, random curls and clean and presses with the 25, several attempts at passing it hand to hand...

Plate Pinch 25's x 10 hula's

I need to get a clearer detail of my PRs in certain lifts so periodically I will just post a few here so I can reference back to compile my spreadsheet... since I'm thinking on them right now:

3" DB Clean 79x3x3 each, last rep on each hand was a snatch

Made it to 27 years old, that's a PR.

Power Clean and Press Up to 286x1, didn't have a lot of pop, so called it there... When the point is to be fast, don't go slow.

Full Cleans 242x1x5, felt good, speed picked up, catch was off since I hadn't done it in forever.

Push-Ups BWx25, x10, x10 = 45 reps

Dips BW x 10 x 2 = 20 reps

Overhead Squat 150 x 3 x 2

Hanging knee raises, etc.

Concept II Rower 2,000m 8:30, Average heart rate was 169. Not as close to death as your average healthy heart would have been.

No PR here, crapped out with about 250m to go.

Farmer's Walk 40ft. 115, 205, 255 - right lat felt like it was going to tear off.. so I stopped.

Yoke 40ft 390, 570, 660 - nothing too heavy yet, still getting the supporting structures back good with the work...

Jerk Behind Neck topped at 320 for 1... meh.

Inch Dumbbell

Very near miss at cleaning the 150 Inch Replica, 2 or 3 high pulls with each hand, belly height or better.

Right 172 x 5

Left 150 x 5

Alternated back and forth on that set. Easily a PR for both hands. Old liftime PR on the inch reps was 4 me thinks.

One extra rep on each later on. Yo.

3" Axle DO Deadlift 130x1, 180x1, 220x1, 250x1, 265x1, 275xpassed the knees, but not quite. Yo.
