1/2" X 11.75" A36 Hrs Braced Bend

Bent 3/4" off center, which made the crush rough. Moves me a little closer to 3rd and a little further from 5th on the short bar standings.

Great short bar bend, getting stronger with every bend these days! Great Job! Your tenacity helps burn through the pain barrier.

Thanks Walter. This one REALLY hurt. Toughest bar I've crushed down to date. Being that far off center did not help at all! :laugh

Thanks Ben! I think I'm good for 11" right now, but my leg crush is going to have to get stronger if I'm going to go sub 11. Thanks for checking it out buddy!
