Road To Recovery

Recommended Posts

I injured my shoulder early this year, and have not been able to bend DO much at all.I was all lined up for the red nail cert, and it has put me back a lot.

Well I tried some bending DO today,as my shoulder has been feeling quite a lot better.

6''X1/4'' grade 5.

5.5''x1/4'' grade 5

6''x1/4 grade 8''

7''x1/4'' square.

All in suede all bent to 2''

Tried a red nail in suede too,as I am not ready for a big bend in IMP yet.

Alex - good to hear the shoulder is feeling better. Those are some strong bends! Best of luck to you.

Thanks Frank, your comments are very much appreciated.I still need to take it easy for a while, but things are looking up.

I hope your bending is coming along well?

It is coming along slowly but surely Alex. Right now I am learning reverse style due to my own past shoulder problems. Still doing DO but taking it easy and not trying to move up too fast. Talk to you soon- Frank

Great to hear,I have been training reverse a lot myself,it has helped my DO.Your shoulder injury was worse than mine,so take it steady.
