$50 entry fee – cover competition steel, lunch & dinner

*** Due by April 14th

$5 / meal - for non competitors who want to eat

*** Approx number due April 14th (pay the day of the comp)

Reverse Strongman point System

Unbraced:

Ostlund style

1) IM wraps

2) 7” Bar

3) Benders Battlefield rules

4) 1 min to bend it to 2”

Reverse:

1) 1-1/2” double wraps

2) 6” Bar

3) Benders Battlefield rules

4) 30 sec to bend it to 40 degrees

Double Overhand:

1) IM wraps

2) 6” Bar

3) Benders Battlefield rules

4) 1 min to bend it to 2”

*** All above bends will be done with Calibrated Drill Rod

*** 2 bends per style

*** 1 wildcard bend per contestant – before the style is completed you can decide to use your wildcard bend but there is only 1 total so choose it wisely

Braced:

5/8” Mid Bar:

1) Hot Rolled Steel

2) 29-3/4” and below – Shortest bar wins

3) 2 Attempts

4) David Horne’s rules

5) 5 min Time Limit

Unbraced Nail Breaking:

60d Nail

1) Fastest Time wins

2) 1 Attempt

3) David Horne’s rules

4) 10 min Time Limit
