John Beatty Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 Started bending again yesterday, as I have my first strongman show of the season in a little over a month & need to get in shape. 5/16 grade 2 6", 5/16 gr 2 5". Then because I'm not old enough to have learned to take it slow yet, and those two felt like spaghetti, I tried a 5/16 stainless hex at 7". Successful, finished at 1 7/8".
