Thanks Matt, hands feeling rough. Think its time to do ease off and have a 'deload' week?

So do i Chris! Everything has been light and it feels strange, almost as if i'm not finishing my workout. Monday coming will be back into full swing.

Interesting journal. Huge jumps in grippers, more than Euro records on axle, no mention of style used (double overhand or not)?? No videos and no photos - as per GB rules. Finally no posts for a month. Banned?

Wrist Plate curls strict reps

warm up 10kg

30kg x 8 right hand

30kg x 6 left hand

So you're doing almost double the weight on these of anyone in the world-for reps if they are plate wrist curls. Are you using six 5 KG plates, three 10 KG plates or two 15 KG plates for these?

Hello Steve, thank you for reading my log. I don't think i'm banned, didn't know I had broken any rules? Sorry if I have. I've just been busy with work, none stop at the moment. Gripper training had been going really good, but its slowed down now.I'll try and get enough time on here to post. I type pretty slow.

Hello Odin, these are 15kg plates. I doubt i'm doing it anywhere near that standard. They are quite fat plates saying that, so maybe less leverage?

thanks for the comments

Wait a minute, are you saying that you did a strict one handed wrist curl with two 15kg plates? No matter what diameter the plates have - this is light years ahead of what anyone else in the world are capable of at the moment.

Can you perhaps explain the details of how you are performing this movement, because I'm sure we're missing something here

This never happened.

Hmmm....sometimes things like this get missed by the mods. In the future, if world class feats get stated without video hit the Report Post button. ;)

Thanks.

These feats sound like somthing a gripmaster would accomplish, like David Horne or Jedd Johnson. Are there any videos to prove them?

Maybe the guy meant TWO-handed wrist plate curls???

No, he clearly meant ONE-handed.

Wrist Plate curls strict reps

warm up 10kg

30kg x 8 right hand

30kg x 6 left hand

I'd say this is world-class, even if it was two-handed. I think the best I've seen is Josh Dale's 35 lbs.x2 reps PWC (one-hand), so maybe he can say what he thinks of 66 lbs. x6 (even two-handed). I'd need to see a well-done video to believe that. The lack of a video or any response about making one after being called out-well, I've been wrong before, so I'd really like to see any of the feats (other than the Holle-it-up, which seemed believable). 30 kg PWC and the claimed near-WR RT and 1HP...would love to see the video. No disrespect intended, I just think video is needed with such claims.

Terrygrip is not going to respond. He is a griptroll and has been recently banned on another gripforum. These worldclass claims are obviously false, reminds me of Sam Scott.
