If I do it from work, our browsers remove all the HTML formatting for some reason. Hey, that's another great accomplishment to go an entire year and not gain weight. At least in the US, the average person puts on something like 5lbs (or more) every year for their whole life. They wonder why 20 years later they weigh 300lbs instead of 200lbs. Good work!!!
