First Bends In Over 2 Years

A friend invited me to do a little bending/grip show at an upcoming Arm Wrestling tournament he is having next month. I needed to test to see where I was or if I could even bend at all due to lack of bending training and pain from arm wrestling. The AW's on here know what I'm talking about with the elbow pain. :erm

Like I said, these were my first bends in over 2 years. Pretty Happy with them.

----------

A thin bolt I found, broke in one hit

Grade 5 bent from 30 Degrees to finish

Grade 5 from straight... Surprising

Red from 30 Degrees to finish... Very Surprising!

Grand Bastard

Wonder if I could finally get the Insane Bastard past 90 Degrees now with a little training. :whistel

That's phenomenal news Scott!!! I'm not really surprised since your overall arm/upper body strength has probably skyrocketed since the last time I saw you bend. That can only help you hammer out the bends. Very impressive that you still had the flexibility and the groove for it though. You should make a run at the Insane! Come over to my place to train sometime soon and I'll give you some steel. It's not being used by me and won't be. Plus, if you're looking to get back into the grip game I'm getting rid of my stuff. Don't need it on the Highland Games path.

Thanks guys!

Ben, I definately want to come by soon, I'm always thinking about when we used to get together to train. It was always a blast.
