If it was I gotta clue to how you kinked that monster so quick. I know I saw a youtube vid of you doing some heavy weighted dips anyhow. Strong triceps you got there Carl!!! I spoke with Eric Milfeld about the bend. There is some question as to whether or not the bend is past 180 degrees. In order to maintain the integrity of the the "Texas Horseshoe Twisters List", I will post another bend sometime next week.
