Bend it with double IM wraps and then start working with single wraps I cut a 3 x 4" piece of suede I am using over the single IM wraps on the 1/4" square stuff. This makes the diameter about 1.2" I've been kinking the Reds with the single wraps but haven't been able to finish them off. I am really looking forward to destroying the Red now! Before I did the cert, I bought tons of 7 and 6 inch grade2 bolts at 5/16 and did those in iron mind pads. This seemed to help the most for me.
