Buccos1 Posted March 4, 2010 Share Posted March 4, 2010 I ended up bending a 5 1/2" grade 5 from FBBC. I will try to get a video up of it tommorrow. Today was the first day I tried a red nail. I might of bent it 5 degrees if anything. After that, I tried one of my 6" grade 5s that I bent 10 - 15 degrees from past tries. I ended up smashing it pretty good. It felt easy after trying the red. Happy at that, I tried the 5.5" and got it down to about 2 1/4". After some more time, I got close to 2" (maybe 1/16" away). I was pretty happy with that and feel a lot more confident with these grade 5s that have been giving me trouble for awhile. Getting it up closer to my chin and body have definetely helped in my last couple of workouts! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Buccos1 Posted March 4, 2010 Author Share Posted March 4, 2010 Thanks! I didn't do a cert on this one. The G5 ended up measuring out to 2 1/16. I took off the wraps and never really got them back on good for another crush. I need to get some more 6" grade 5s and then I will try to cert on the 6 and 5.5. Is there anything I could do differently on the crushdown? The kink part felt great and then I was done at the end.
