djukac Posted March 3, 2010 Share Posted March 3, 2010 Tried the squat version of this. 325 x 87 in 30 min. My legs feel swollen & the soreness is substantial - only quads are sore, though. The pump in my back wasn't as killer this time which could be because my form is slightly different than it was last time. I'm pretty happy with the improvement. Anybody else try this lately? I haven't since the original few runs at it. I've been doing some crossfit with my wife & my cardio is better than back when I first tried it. I'll give it a go again soon. Congrats on that 110 reps!
