Tried the squat version of this. 325 x 87 in 30 min. My legs feel swollen & the soreness is substantial - only quads are sore, though. Different from my normal sore from squats feel.

Well I revisted this workout/challenge tonight after almost 10 months and I managed 110 reps in 30 minutes. The pump in my back wasn't as killer this time which could be because my form is slightly different than it was last time. I'm pretty happy with the improvement. Anybody else try this lately?

I haven't since the original few runs at it. I've been doing some crossfit with my wife & my cardio is better than back when I first tried it. I'll give it a go again soon. Congrats on that 110 reps! Awesome.
