Johnsson
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbMNVgsieCQ Felt very strong today and thought to test this. Got it quite easyly with one hit to over 50deg. Definetly my reverse PR .

tja
Btw, have you tried having the supporting arm higher up? I get more power to the bend that way.
Johnsson
Yes, but I like it better this way .

Johnsson
Or did you even mean high reverse or bar in 45deg from ground level? If first, I like this low reverse more.
tja
I meant high reverse, I'm stronger that way. But it's up to individual I think.
JAU1985
Peanuts for you Joni
Johnsson
Thanks jonathan! Tja, about high version, I can't bend bars with samekind of technique than with this low reverse, don't know why. And high reverse seems to hurt much more my elbows and front hands triceps got pains too, which low didn't cause. Strange
