For some reason ive always had a strong grip even though im not a huge guy. 6'5" 225lbs. I had been messing around with a HG 200 for about 1 month before that, which was always to easy. I didn't think id be able to do it, but I did. To bad grip strength doesn't carry over all that much to armwrestling(crush grip anyways)..
