David_wigren Posted November 14, 2009 Share Posted November 14, 2009 In my opinion that is about as legit as you can get. Either thumbs or index fingers it doesn't matter. The idea is just to bend something in front of you with relativly straight arms so you can only use your wrists. I actually went and bent a 4x125mm nail using index fingers and then thumbs. Kink is pretty hard with this style, but crushdown is quite easy when finger interlock is possible. I can easyly crushdown already bended FBBC 1/4 round bars futher with crush pads. Also kink is hard with Slim and Brookfield and crushdown is easy like in Heslep. 5,1mm nails don't move anywhere with these 3 styles.
