I had "lack of acts" day so I video captured couple seated bends. I have been doing seated reverse bends for a few weeks now. This second bend was my fastest bend by that way and with that same wrap and was quite painless compared to last same kind of bends.

Yesterday I bended a 5,5mm x 7" nail with only 2 household towel (not sure is this right word, I looked this from dictionary) and bended it quite painlessly (again), so I decided to try same sized nail barehanded. Actual attempt tooked 10min, because I tryed reverse before DU (which is on the video) and I didn't got good positions for nail so I decided to use DU. And after first hit with DU, I tryed several times with DU and reverse, but pushing a nail against palms and fingers hurted so I quited. First hit was quite painless.

Thanks hugo! I think that, if I used tapes on the nail heads, it could be bended barehanded. Tapes would maked possible to use reverse at start and without them corners of the nail caused a lot of pain and maked it impossible to start with reverse.
