jpmmkrahling
I bent my frst key today. I read about it in a John Brookfield book i'm reading. My question would be is there a difficulty level that anyone knows about with keys? This one was never cut, just an old Ford key. It was sort of painfull to bend because it was bare handed, but not extremely difficult. The pain went away. It just took a little bit of time to put it in the right position. jpmmkrahling
Great work Mike! I read the same book ; can u broke one nut with one hand? Thanks Hugo, and no, i could not even crack the walnut with 2 hands. Thats a long way off for me, But i will get it eventually. There is a video on youtube of some guy doing that and he makes it look so easy. But its a long video for 2 secs of work, worse than watching a long wrapping job for steel bending. The Natural
Mike is being too modest, Hugo. He can bust a nut with one hand any time night or day. -Rex

naturalstrength
I keep forgetting my emoticons don't work! Great job Mike, keys are harder than they look to bend. Will definitely toughen up the thumb muscles. Edited September 30, 2009 by naturalstrength
jpmmkrahling
Thanks Carl, The guy at the hardware store is going to save his miss cuts for me now also. It's something to keep me busy while driving to and from work. Hugo, Here is a video of someone crushing a walnut like John talks about in his book. It is at 3:26 of the video Edited September 30, 2009 by Mike K

jpmmkrahling
Nice work Mike !!! You trying to get them thumbs stronger for the big comp coming up ? I figure i can't bend and steel since the comp and i lost all hammer levering abilities so i needed to find something i could work on in the mean time. So it may not help me for Gripmas, but its keeping me busy
