Number of reps in one minute. down call on each rep? Yep, it was just like a strongman event, only the double overhand grip was used on a thick bar. The weight was 300lbs (uncalibrated - also it wasn't an IM axle - it was thicker). There was a minute time limit. There was a down signal and you had to touch both sides down to the floor and you could come right back up. No hitching, it had to be pulled from the floor to lockout in a continuous line/arc. You could touch and go off the floor, which is what I did. It's kind of a cool grip exercise to do it that way because when you hit the floor there is a lot of shock and you have to work to control the bar once it hits and immediately reverse it back up. -Jedd- Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
