Here's the scroll.

Is this what many refer to as a "mutant" G5?

I tried to get a good pic of the head but the camera would not cooperate. It's a 1/4x5 JH.

As you can see it's a dull/faded out bronze color, not sure if it's the same as a "black" JH.

A while back, someone on here had some silver G5 "JH" bolts that calibrated at 425 or 430 or something like that (6 inch length) which would be extremely tough for a G5. Yours could certainly be the same.

The black G5s are actually 2 different things. The first one that Eric calibrated in the thread is actually coal black and dull. I have one in a 1/2 inch by 10 inch length (no I can't bend it). There are some shiny greenish almost irridescent JH bolts that are what many are seeing when they say black JH.

Yeah they kinda have a greenish tint. Whatever they're considered they are way tougher than any 1/4 G8 I've messed with.
