Think I pulled something near my right lat but that doesn't matter! Very very very nice chad wait till you hit the crush zone mate you will need to get mean and nasty with it. Just have a few days rest bro then back at it show it whos boss. I can remember having epic battles with some of that stuff when i was bending was brutal.
