Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 (edited) Awesome Bends Judoman If you would have measured the angle of the 5.5 with the other leg down on the flat it would be a better angle, well over 40, and if you mark the middle of the bar, it will be a nice reference point for your angle. You are going to be a lot better when you get your technique dialed in and can hit the bar with all your strength I did three of them tonight and f'd the video on all of them :0 I will take three days off and hit it to 50+. I have some FBBC pieces coming maybe a 7 inch bastard is possible, and then work toward the reverse for the three. My reverse is real bad in comparison to my Do and DU's. Lots of work needed there.
