Hi I Am A Newbie

In my workouts I just start warming up with plate holds ex. 3-5 pinch plate holds then 25 plate holds

Next I do rolling thunder with up to 100 ibs

Claw curls with 45 plates

Twist ya wrist with 25 plate

Last I do extensor loops with 10 plates

I also work my whole body within a week so this grip routine is done twice in a week.

In your opinion, should I change up my routine?

Is there something missing you think I should include?

Do the weights sound good?

Any input is greatly appericated thanks.

What's your main goal? Because to me it looks like you don't bend steel, right?

One thing I don't understand:

up to 100 lbs

Why up to 100 lbs? Why an upper limit, don't you ever go crazy and put up more than you might be able to do just to show yourself that you are able to do it!!?!?!

Routine looks pretty good, but I don't really see GRIP, I only see wrist; where are the pinches, grippers, ..

Do the weights sound good?

How would we be able to know? If it feels light, ADD WEIGHT!!

Thanks for the reply Luuc and you are right on two counts I do not do any bending I accidently posted in the bending forum also the only grip I do is take a 5 gallon bucket with sand and do finger curls. At the gym they have a hammer strength gripper machine and I do 225 ibs for reps. And so in your opinon I am working my wrists more than grip. Oh, one more thing you are right about, up to 100 is normal but crazy days you always go for more!!!
