RH was able to TNS my #3 twice. I'll get it on video next week.

Grippers

Started with some TNS work. MMS: LH missed the #3.5 by a few MM, and the RH closed the BBE and missed the adjustable SE at 180lb's.

Tried the blob50 and 2x45's at the same time. Barely missed it twice. I'll get this next week.

Not yet. That gripper continues to own me :)

Grippers are a weird thing. If I want to increase my pinch strength, grippers go down. If I want to increase gripper strength, pinch goes down. It's like I can't increase both at the same time...

That's funny. I used to be the same way, but it seems lately they've been very complimentary. I've been going very narrow, though (48mm), which is a 24mm drop from what I was doing. Seems like going thinner has helped my close.

I then did that whole #3 close every minute for about 35 minutes when watching TV. LH only made it throug about 10 closes.

Felt good to shake things up.

Just finished a grip workout with Matt. I got the 178lb #3.5 to about 1/16" twice using a deeper set.
