What's that wrist roller like? Were your arms going to 'spload?

Indeed. On that last set it took everything to get the weight up.

Hey, what do you think about those 5/8" handles? How much different do they feel?

When I say mini-reps, I mean really mini reps. Like 1/32" gap between reps, and doing them really fast.

I love the 5/8" handles. They're easier to set, but once you get to the 1/2" mark, you can really feel the BTR setting in. I'll be buying the GM and SE on my next order in 5/8".

Had a huge workout with Matt yesterday. Did a ton of closes with #3's and 5/8" SM/GM. LH still couldn't close the 169lb #3.5.

I did get 205lb almost to a full DL for 2hp. I think it comps the pole has to reach 18"? If so, I exceeded that by a good amount.

My right elbow has some pretty serious tendinitis...I'm very angry about this. My left elbow has had it on and off for a year and a half. After softball is over in a couple week, I'm going to take 6-8 weeks off from all training to let it heal...dang it!

Grippers

RH was able to TNS my #3 twice. I'll get it on video next week.

LH missed the 170lb #3.5 by 1/8" each time.

What's the tendinitis from?

Nice TNSing :rock

Arm wrestling a buddy at work...I destroyed him, but it wasn't worth it!

About 5 years ago I arm wrestled by brother in law. Beat him with either hand, but I woke up the next morning with tendinitis in both elbows. I should have remembered that!
