I think around 54-57mm would be optimum) 130x1 150x1 170x1 190x1 205x0 very close to a full DL 200x1 felt good 202.5x1 PR 205x0 even closer to a full DL 180x1 for a 10 second hold. Too easy, but my thumbs were bleeding so I had to stop. Blob50 Dad wanted to see how long I could hold it with two hands: 52 seconds 2.5" FBBC Crusher 111x1 121x1 131x1 121x12 RH 111x12 LH Crusher work felt really weak, and I think it's because of that Blob50 hold... Wrist Roller (2" PVC on the safety bar of my squat rack and shoulder height) 25lb's x 3 x 2 30lb's x 3 x 1 35lb's x 3 x 1 45lb's x 3 x 1 55lb's x 3 x 1 First time using the wrist roller, so next time I won't have as many sets since I know how much weight to use. Yeah, I was doing heavy cardio for a while. I would do 45min @ 3.6mph, and part of the time I would turn it off so I was turning the motor myself. I should post a vid to get some input on my form. Before injuring my right knee, I think a piece of my pattelar tendon snapped off my tibea, I was doing 335x8 and ending with 245x20. Blob50 Not sure what's going on here, I'm getting weaker every week. I couldn't even get a full DL with either hand today! I really suck at these revolving handles. I think I need to switch up my routine. I'll start with thick bar next week and then do some pinch.
