Nothing going on lately Running, my knee feels kinda funny I cleaned up my diet.

I have been doing plenty of mobility work Two-A-Days/Try outs start the 10th for soccer

Had the last two weeks including two day of soccer, forgot to update here and I'm sorry... No injuries as of yet. Got my 2 mile time down to 12:51 as my best, ran a 13:21 easy today

Thank you for the offer, I'm going to restart the continuation of this log now that I have time to lift.

Age: 15 1/2

Height:5'9"

Today:

Hockey Practice in the AM before school

5x5 Squat 45lbs

5x5 Bench 45lbs

5x5 BB Rows 45lbs

3X8 Shrugs 45lbs

Simple 5X5 routine for now

Guess it's not 5X5 more just dino training I guess what ever it's called here was tonight's workout

3X5 Sumo-Deadlift 135lbs

5X5 Press 45lbs (I'm weak as hell on these I would love to hit 100lbs at some point)

3X5 Front Squats 45lbs

3X5 Pull ups +Olbs (I'll add 5lbs when ever possible)

Did some soft tissue work and finished off with a large PWO shake, about to go eat as much as possible then homework... next weigh in is monday

Hurt my hip at tonight's hockey game, Iced and took some ibuprofen, its the hip flexor hopefully just a pull or a tweak. Will practice tomorrow and see how it feels... if all is not well I will still get in my upper body work.

137lbs plus a little, after pretty much shitting myself :dry:sleep was not fun. My hip still hurts a little even though I went to hockey practice I'm giving it a rest on the squats.

Tonights:

Bench 5X5 50lbs

Rows 5X5 50lbs

Shrugs 3X8 50lbs

So tired... look forward to resting this weekend... hopefully I have put on another lbs or so when the next week begins :)

3X5 145lbs Sumo Deadlifts

5x5 50lbs Press (So weak at these, I guess it is why I have to do them)

3X5 55lbs Front Squats

2X5 Pull ups (My shoulder & elbow weren't feeling the greatest sorry friends)

Game tomorrow night, so far we have won are first 2 preseason games and I have had a lucky goal in each

Monday I lifted with my older brother,

This consisted of:

Bench, Press, and Shoulder raises

Today I'm going to go lift with a friend from hockey
