Monsters Of Mash Question

I've managed to shut my old IM# 3 once (when peaking with my last serious grip training) - with a slightly wider than parallel set and lightly touching the spring with 1 finger.

Sam - Coc#3 has tried it and said it's reasonably stout, it's single stamped and about 3" wide. I weighed about 165 lbs at the time and I've got small hands and very short fingers, so it can be done regardless of hand size! Although I have to stay at 154-165 for the arm wrestling I'm doing atm, I'll have a proper crack at grip again soon and see if I can get on the MM ladder.

Danny I did not talk about Kinney, it was Sam who mentioned him.

Oooh my mistake - sorry! The logo threw me off over there.

I think the best Certification video I've seen is Teemu's #3.

The music, the different language, the whole scene is just WICKED -

then you got this guy manhandling the #3 twice and holding it w/ so much power!!!

I believe the video was posted right when I first started gripper training and this really inspired me :).

Zammer - thanks for the compliment. It's a way of life...I run 4X a week religiously / lift about 5X.

I'm more into fitness / having a nice physique than powerlifting, though my lifts (bench, deadlift, etc.) are OK.
