Thanks Teemu! :D I shouldn't even admit to it since that my last "planned" workout, but last night for my visiting brother, I hit an even 30 reps righty and a ragged 20 reps lefty. Some of the later reps might've had up to 5 seconds between them so it's not nearly as good as I'd like it to be. Getting there on the reps though.

Amazing closes! You're very strong!

Q: Is there any advantage over doing these half-reps over doing full-reps?

I thought full-reps were suppose to be best for strength.

Just wondering your insight about that.

Thanx.

Thanks man! This has been rehashed a lot, and although I don't mind rehashing it again, it's probably best to read up and study the opinions of everyone who offers one. Not just the elite gripper closers, but everyone. Then you can make up your mind what is "best" for your particular situation. I have trained many different ways. The short answer is that partial reps (parallel especially) will over the long run have more payoff in terms of having carryover to wide sets, shallow sets, and everything inbetween those.

Your a freak dude ! :D

Haha, thanks Jason! :rock Only in the crazy world of strength is that a huge compliment. Well, maybe in the circus too.
