when i first came on the board i put up a video of me closing a #3, it was dark, and blurry and you couldn't really see, so everybody told me to put a better video of me doing it so you can see it's actually a #3 and it's actually closed, so here it is.

Your video of crushing a potato is impressive. Just for grins I just tried it, and all that happened was a some cracking sounds from inside the potato lol ( but I suspect I may have more success with a bigger potato than I had to play around with ). Very cool, this grip training stuff is adding a new dimension to my goal of being as strong as possible.

well, i will see about the ironmind cert, but i sent this video first to wannagrip like you said to me in another thread about a week or so ago? but i did not hear back from him? i also sent another message to gazza about something totally different, and haven't heard back from him either, but i think maybe something is wrong with my personal mailbox? like it's not sending my messages out? it says it does, but when i go to my "sent message" box there's nothing there?

i don't know, but i for sure will see about the ironmind cert, there will be no confusion about my mailbox on that lol.
