I have a minor shoulder surgery tomorrow and I really wanted a big PR it was not as big as I wanted but a good improvement, this time last week I couldn't move a red at all. I'm surprised how quick it came back. Tonight I: Took a bastard to about 20 deg finished a frozen red from 2 days ago, down from 2.75" to a shade under 2" Took a red nail from straight down to 3.75" It seems I have a weak spot between around 4" down to about 2.5" if I can get CRS down to 2.5" I can get it pretty much every time.
