DO means to put the bar HIGH under your chin area then use your BACK to bring the bar down ; the bar should be always in the chin even when u get down. i learned from Ben , Foxman ... just to name a few. whats your p.b using DO technique? when i started bending i couldnt do nothing with DO(lack technique) thats why i did some DU (try doing shoulder dislocation this should help)u to gain leverage ... my first bar was 6 mm(1/4") x 6" HRS and i was very happy after i bend it! after this the technique become even better and everything was great.
