Josh That would be a cool feat bend something in cuffs then break outa them mike dayton style True is im not strong enough to do that ive probably got about 3 times as much isometric pushing strength as i have isometric pulling strength i will have to work on that thats a great idea. Thanks for the compliments but it could do with being alot stricter i need to get a tube to put the arms in so its just pure wrist strength. I'd love to see some vids on Mike Dayton breaking handcuffs. He's the only one I've ever known to break them using a direct pull and bare wrists and name brand cuffs to boot.
