stump
For those who are interested, I got one of the same bolts(1/4x6G2) to about 55 degrees reverse earlier today, then switched to DU and took it to just about 90 before the crushdown. The DU still hurt but not as bad as fighting through the midpoint of the bend DO style. I think going from reverse to DU on a 7" length would help a lot. luuc
That's great man, I really don't know how you do that; even at 7" I can only get a bar to 50 degrees DU, then I have to use DO. Reverse is to me like eating with sticks..
stump
Different strokes for different folks!!! The fact that you can switch to DO earlier in the bend proves that you have more shoulder flexibility than me, something I know I need to work on. I suck at the high DO style. Do you start your barehand bends reverse or DU?
luuc
DU, I can't figure out how I should do it reverse, quess I have to work on that..
