I´m sorry it was very late last night^^

It was really "just" 172,5 Kg but i think that - as you can see in the video - that it is no problem for Gabriel to lift 175 Kg.

hi friend,

my club-mate, johannes lierfeld, made a nice video with some impressions about the german grip championships. he is a kettlebell-enthusiast, and shows some feats too.

but rt is so much fun ;)

sure, a big hand is more than usefull for it but hey... making progress on rt is one of the most satisfying moments in grip sports :)

I have nothing against testing thickbar in competition. But we already have the axle in it and I like the axle much more - it's a classic! RT and axle are too much of thickbar events IMO. Of course I understand you, cause you are good with the RT. But you can show your progress at the RT nationals also.
