Mike/Auto:

what about Vanessa Mae?:p

For classical try some Sibelius. :)

I never listen to anything when I workout. But if on rare occasion I do, I find Confutatis and Dies Irae are good ones ;)

Oh, and this one's good for no matter what you're doin' :D

A few more-

Throwdown - most Pantera sounding band I've ever heard, but really good

Soilwork - Swedish metal...not Death Metal

Shadows Fall

..a couple oldies but goodies too

Ministry - one of the great industrial metal bands of all time...new stuff is pretty awesome too!

Prong - Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck!

Anthrax - they're only the fathers of thrash!

Nice, pulling out the early stuff! Persistence of Time. The best Anthrax album. Period.

I personally like the later two Ministry Albums though. The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste and Psalms 69 are my favorite. I just picked up Rio Grande Blood and I'm digging that also. They have a couple more newer albums out, but I haven't listened to them yet.

Good tube picks regardless!

The sins of thy beloved - Forever.

Dio - last in line, stand up and shout, holy diver and rainbow in the dark.

Children of bodom - lots of songs.

Fiver finger death punch - lots of songs, war is the answer or menace, for example.

System of a down - lots of songs, most songs really.

In flames - most of their songs.

Sabaton - most of their songs.

Raubtier - all their songs.

Disturbed - most of their songs.

Ensiferum . in to the battle and many other songs.

Satyricon - K.I.N.G and many other songs.

Finntroll - lots of great songs.
