Nice work John :rock I'm looking forward to seeing some of that crushing power firsthand at Jedd's sometime soon :)

Thanks for the kind words John. Looking forward to learning from you guys.

Did the following today:

Some blob work with the 37.5. Bunch of pulls lefty for doubles and a single at the end with +2 1/2. Righty did a bunch of singles up to +5. Then single alternating hands with no rest.

Plate pinching with 35's. Slow negatives w/pause at top lefty and high-pulls righty. Worked up to a single at +5 righty. Need to get a better way to add weight on these.

Plate curls up to York 25lber. for a few reps. Taking it easy with left on these this week due to aggravating my thumb last week. Worked with the York 25lber. and then the standard 25lber. righty. Standard plate is very slick. Thinner than the York but also of greater diameter. I am hoirrible at plate curling so it must be worth doing I quess.

Some supination/pronation work. Progress has moved from disgusting to just plain poor on these. Moving in the right direction I guess.

Started to do some reverse wrist curls. Did two reps and decided to go eat instead.

That's a nice workout John. Take it easy on the thumb. Thumbs can take a while to heal if you strain them.

Some gripper work.

Bunch of grinding overcrush with my 2.5 lefty. Several closes of my training 3 righty. Some overcrushed and some barely crushed.

A few overcrushes with my filed 2 lefty/righty. Crushed until power started to slack.

Burnout set with s bunch of mini-reps of about a 1/4 inch with my old 2.

Did some high-rep db rows with an 1 5/8 handle db earlier in the week.

Thanks for the comments John. Thumb feels 100%. But if my training tomorrow is crap I will call it 50%. LOL. They are a pain to get healed up though.

Nothing special to report. Bunch of blob w/37.5. Many high-pulls lefty and many full pulls w/+5 righty. Plate around-the-worlds w/35's. Plate curls. Many sets and reps w/25lber. High rep (20+) DB rows during the week.
