kelby
iused to get 20 minutes, but that was doing one to five reps on each side before switching. today, i got 15 minutes, with 20 reps on each side before switching sides. feels good. could have gone longer, but had to grapple right after. one thing is, this exercise has carried over real will to my grappling. like john said, if i can swing it for 15 to 20 minutes straight. not many can keep up with me. i grappled for 30 minutes. hardly got tired. my partner said i gotten real strong and some times i hurt him with my grip. i love this exercise. conditioning and strength, i am just amazed. with the sledge hammer training. my hands seem harder and stronger. crushed couple apples few days ago. in front of my students. the only problem is setting your mind to do it. i really have to focuse. because the pain is constant after few minutes. your hands are alway burning, your arms, back shoulders. and your mind keeps saying quit, same time it is also saying. keep going.
