You might be on to something here, but booze is far more delish.

184 on rows that's insane!

Thanks! It's actually a pretty good grip workout with that weight, too, even with it being a 1" handle with revolving sleeves.

I started performing 3/4 squats using a narrow stance today to see if they might prove to be a better training companion for deadlifts.

:blink Holy crap Eric :bow. How much do you weigh now?

My weight is like a yo-yo, but only because I can't decide what I want to weigh. But anyways, I'm currently 198 and in the process of dieting down to 181 to break the USAPL Master's state record.

Go Eric !!!

Are you going for the "Total" record or a specific lift?

USAPL Men's Masters (age 60-64, my class) 181.75 lb class records:

Squat 485.00 lbs

Bench Press 336.00 lbs

Deadlift 544.50 lbs

Total 1,317.00 lbs (separate record from the above specific lift records)

I will be going for just the deadlift record, which is 562. I broke the WABDL state record in the same division and weight class last year with 578. Those records you listed are pretty hefty for that division. They must be national or world records?
