Thanks, ya'll. Apart from being very beneficial, I find dumbbell rows to be one of the more enjoyable lifts.

haha damn strong as always eric..i got a new toy you should come over and play with..because i'm not loading it up and bringing it over that's for damn sure! 700lb tire is right down the street from ya brutha! I'm having a sled made as well..if you guys ever wanna consider a GPP workout day every other weekend or so at my place we can make it happen. I'll have plenty of goodies here soon.

sick deadlifting the other night btw.. way to put on a helluva show man!

I've only played with one tire before, and I think it only weighed about 4 or 5 hundred.
