My pectoralis major went broken one year ago at bench bress. I rehab it still. My raw bench was 10x190kg before injury. Now my raw bench is 150kg. Every reps hurts alot! Shit!!! But I will be back. I can´t yet bend nails. Anyways something good: I made today my new records 2 HP ( 106.5kg ) and High GM ( 335kg ) Here is video Btw does someone know is Horne´s 2 HP World Record 115kg?? So if you're doing it at the Finnish grip comp, then yes, but not in training. And I think the unofficial WR was just set at 117.5kg by Martin, but that was unoffical. In the Nordic countries are lot of strong men! I don´t know when is next grip contest in hear Finland. I hope it is soon as possible. I got invitation to Arnold Classic 2009. My training partner Matti is in that list number 22.( 22.Matti Heiskanen, Finland 92.5k Euro 2008 ). Matti has lift at 2 HP 96.5kg in our trainings. I think that 100kg is possible to Matti soon.
