I'm amazed this thread didn't get more responses. 250+ on a free spinning RT is a H-U-G-E lift. Congratulations Wes!!

Mlstrass: I think it's 2 sets of 12 daily or 6x a week, he once told me. And when you stall, hide your RT handle for a couple of weeks and train the event you're the weakest on, train it hard. Then after a few weeks of making good progress in that one, come back to RT. I should do it as well I guess :P

Sure, I used to do something like Arturo mentioned, but pretty much switched to 1 or 2 sets of 15+ reps for my workout. No set schedule, just whenever my hands aren't (that) sore any more. I will post a video of my workout and what the set(s) loook like Sunday or Monday. Have to give credit to Laine Snook for sending me his original program :rock Sadly I lost the PM when Grippermania went offline
