knyaz
To all the people that are abe to bend Horseshoes I got a St Croix 0 from FBBC this week and was able to bend it by using the floor and other stuff for leverage, is there a horshoe thats easier to start off with because I think that I might have a shot at it, or is the St Croix 0 the easiest ? thanks -Steve
MalachiMcMullen
The St. Croix Ultralite from FBBC is one of the easiest shoes to start with. My personal opinion is that the #2's are even easier because you have more leverage thanks to longer legs. Believe me, on the kink at least it is more a matter of technique and core strength than grip or wrist strength.
knyaz
thanks Ive actually been doing a lot of core exercises lately, will have to place another order from john and will be watching plenty of videos to see how its done to get that technique down

nickr104
You can find easier shoes at one of the farrier supplie places that are thinner and much easier than the SC ultralites to learn on.

Of course! Sorry Steve, I had a brain fart. You could actually go to a 4H club or Fair or what-have-you and ask for used shoes. I've gotten some used SCF Lites all the way down to some shoes that my little 10yr old sister actually bent. It's more sporadic that way in terms of what you'll find but they're free that way
