Mid-day for me, about 12:00pm to 8:00pm. Before that I'm not warmed up enough, and after that I'm getting tired out.

I barely have enough strength to brew up in the morning! Fortunately my alarm clock makes one for me!

I'm a 4-9p.m. kinda guy.

95% of my gripping is at around 10am. After a double short black though. Otherwise forget it. Then it's 10 minutes on the stationary bike to circulate the caffeine around nicely :D Then I'm ready for gripping, and am just as strong as I would be in the afternoon.

On recent morning and late afternoon workouts, I've no setted my #2.5 to exactly the same distance (1/8").

It seems a lot use us drink coffee before our grip sessions. I did a session of grippers the other day with no caffeine and i was still able to rep the #3 but didn't seem to have the focus i normally have.
