13th October:

V-bar 24mm: 3 sets of 1 rep with 129.5kg (285.5 lbs) (92.5% of my max) LH & RH, with 3 or 4 min between the sets.

--> easy with Left hand :cool. The 3rd set is still better than the 1st one :rolleyes:

I'll try 3*1*95% ( 133kg / 293 lbs) next time

Yesterday:

2HP:

rise to 68.5kg (151 lbs) + pipe + 4 stop-plates.

--> not failure, my skin is still there & it's certainly a P.R. :)

I will weigh the pipe & the 4 stop-plates to know how much it weigh. My old P.R. is 70.5 (155.5 lbs) & i think it's better now

I have no pinch routine. I tried to do PRs weeks after weeks but my progress are slow now. 1 month ago, I tried 1HP because

I wanted to try it & because my 2HP was bad. I tried different widths weeks after weeks & I wanted to see if my 2HP was in progress or not. I tried a P.R. on 2HP & i lifted it!

I don't know exactly what i'll do now but maybe like my v-bar training:

begin with 5 singles @85% of my current max & +2.5% weeks after weeks

or maybe one week with 1HP & one week with 2HP

today: V-bar

3*1*133kg (293 lbs) (95% of my max), 3min of rest between singles

--> very easy with my left ha,d! I think i could lift 142.5 or 145kg. Right hand was good too but not so easy.

I will try 3*1*137kg (302 lbs) next time

2HP with 2 olympic discs of 10kg (22lbs & 56mm of width):

3*24kg (53 lbs), 2*34kg (75 lbs), 1*44 (97 lbs), 1*54 (119 lbs), 1*64 (141 lbs)

1*69kg (152 lbs)

1*74kg (163 lbs) P.R. :cool

0*76.5 (168.5 lbs) -->can't lift it

--> I think I'll do like my v-bar training: 3*1 or 5*1 @85% of my current max & add +5% weeks after weeks. I would like to lift 80kg (176.5 lbs) before the end of 2008

I had some issues with the skin of my hands...

October 22: V-bar training

RH: rise to 132kg / 291lbs difficult so I decide to quit

LH: rise to 132kg / 291lbs too but it's relatively easy so I go on

1st set: 1*137kg / 302lbs (difficult)

2nd set: 1*137kg / 302lbs (good one)

3rd set: I tear my skin :cry

November 13: Pinching

2HP: 1*64kg / 141lbs ; 0*69kg / 152lbs :( ; 1*69kg / 152lbs :cool ; 0*71.5kg / 157.5lbs :angry:

& 4 singles @ 64kg / 141lbs

November 23: V-bar's resumption

RH & LH: 1*136kg / 300lbs

November 26: Pinching

2HP:

5 singles @64kg / 141lbs

1 single @69kg / 152lbs

Hub's resumption:

RH: 1*21.5kg / 47.5lbs, 0*22.5 / 49.5lbs

LH: 1*17.5kg / 38.5lbs (difficult) ; 0*18.5 / 40.75lbs

December 01: V-bar

RH & LH: 3 singles @132kg / 291lbs

--> 1st set difficult, 2nd set good, 3rd set easy :blink

December 02: Pinching

1HP, width: 56mm : 1*34kg / 75lbs :rock (P.R.)

2HP: 3 singles @67kg / 147.75lbs

Hub:

RH: 1*20.5kg / 45lbs ; 0*22.5kg / 49.5lbs :angry: ; 1*22.5kg / 49.5lbs :D

I would like to lift 300kg (total of both hands) & I hope i'll able to lift 160kg in 3 or 4 months with my best hand

but I have to grow my 2HP !!!

--> it burns my forearms

--> it was the 1st time. I think I will be able to grow it next weeks

LH: 100kg / 220.5lbs (P.R.), 105kg / 230lbs miss (idem)

Wednesday 12/17:

1*67kg / 147.5lbs

0*72kg / 158.5lbs :angry:

6*60kg / 132lbs

-->next week, new program: 3*3 @ 60kg / 132lbs with 1kg of increment the week after etc...

*3" Hub:

LH: 18.5kg / 40.5lbs (lifted but released :( )

RH: 21.5kg / 47.5lbs (idem)

*Grippers:

RH: 1rep CoC #2, 1 rep Coc #2, 3 reps CoC #2

LH: 10 reps CoC #1, 1 negative with #2

-->not so bad for a resumption

Sunday 12/21:

*V-bar:

RH: 0*155kg / 341lbs lifted but released :(

LH: 0*146kg / 322lbs missed of 1cm :blink:angry:

--> I think I could lift 300kg / 660lbs today... maybe next week

I haven't enough space on the v-bar now :cool
