LH: 107kg (236), 112kg (247), 116kg (255 3/4), 118kg (260) P.R. +11kg :blink:cool , 122kg (269) missed of 2"

--> I have sanded the handle of the V-bar, I thought I could not lift much more than last week because it's a little more slippery but I did it :rock . Since 2 trainings, I place my thumb much better & it works! :D

*V-bar 48mm:

LH: 102.5kg (226) OK , 107.5kg (237) miss (too greedy :D )

--> burnt by my attempts with V-bar 24mm :( . I have sanded the 48mm handle too. I hope I'll be able to lift 230 with both hands

*2HPinch @ 56mm:

54.5kg (120) OK

59.5kg

*2HP with 2 olympic 22lbs, width 56mm:

63.5kg (140) EASY!

68.5kg (151) miss

I wanted to compare between usual steel discs (which tear skin) of my apparatus & 22's olympic discs.

With the same width, olympic discs are smoother than steel discs.

I think I could even lift 151 if I didn't lift previous attempts. Huge difference!

I will try to soften the side of steel discs

*V-bar 24mm:

RH: 112kg (247); 119kg (262 1/3); 122.5kg (270) OK!; 0*123kg (271); 1*123kg (271) :cool P.R.(+5kg)

I lifted 122kg (269) with LH last week and in fact, this lift was good because it's not 5" but 5cm to validate a lift

*V-bar 48mm:

RH: 100kg (220.5) OK, 103kg (227) lifted but the grip failed

LH: 100kg (220.5) OK, 103kg (227) :cool P.R. (+0.5kg ), 0*104kg (229 1/4) :( and I tore a bit of skin

Sunday 5th October: V-Bar Resumption :rock at last!

3 sets of 1 rep with 126kg (277 3/4 lbs) RH& LH

--> 3 singles with 90% of my max with 2min between the sets. I lifted it good! the 3rd set with my LH was better than the 1st :blink:cool My skin is recovered but it's not yet enough thick, it's warm a little bit. I didn't want to force because I didn't want to tear my skin again...
