lloyd80s
Hi All, For anyone that uses these balls, what would you normaly pay for them? Also as I'm in trying to cope with a BAD wrist injury would you say that it would be worth me buying some? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Dexterity-Balls-Stee...1QQcmdZViewItem Cheers Lloyd
CoC#3
anything less than £15 would be a pretty decent price last time i bought them from IM they were $35.
deputycox
I also bought mine from IM (1.2# versions), and have been pretty happy with them. I use them mostly for active rest and warmups, but I know guys who do some pretty serious ballistics with them. You can do the usual round and round, either direction, but can also push one under or over the other. I can't say I really feel much in the wrist, other than just stabilizing the hand - maybe that's what you're looking for. Dan

neno
does anyone know of any sites with directions on how to use them and the other methods of using them? I just went and picked up a pair of them and cant really do much but go in one direction slowly.
ae_yogi
I have found them to be a waste of time; but then I have not seen the light on active rest. Sometimes for amusement I will use my hard boiled eggs as dexterity balls before I eat them.

I can't do the larger ones completely inverted yet, but I'll get there eventually.
Jaz
I got mine in Chinatown for it think 4 or 6 dollars. Theyve served me nicely, but they are hollow with a ball inside, it gives a bell like noise.
