acorn
How is your back these days? some days ok, some not so good. mostly ok lately. still wake up almost every day with pain and stiffness in the right glute as a result of the sciatic pinching. just not too bad lately thank God. - Aaron
jad
Very strong on the crunch ball! However, I'm done trying to emulate your ab workouts. I was trying those weight behind the head situps and just kept getting weaker every week and my back kept getting stiffer...sucks to get old. I was trying those weight behind the head situps and just kept getting weaker every week and my back kept getting stiffer...sucks to get old. Didn't he say he used the plates on TOP of his head for those sit-ups? I tried it with just two 10's when I read that, flat situps on the floor, knees bent at 90* .. man, I don't know if I pressed the plates too hard on top of my head or what (wrapped them in a towell for padding), but I had a very sore neck for 2-3 days afterwards. So I haven't tried them again... heh.

jad
those are some monster choker closes! You should be pretty close to that MM6 dup out of the choker if you're getting it at 7/8".

Teemu I
Have to say again that you are doing great on the choker work. What's the poundage on the MM6 dup?
acorn
Have to say again that you are doing great on the choker work. What's the poundage on the MM6 dup? Thanks, I dont know for sure yet but at MM5 specs it tested at 192#. I will try to calibrate it at MM6 today with some other ones I have to do. with most grippers I have tested I see about a 5-6# change per 1/16 change in mount. - Aaron

Also tested a new SE that came out at 204# today. btw the SE is the new style with no Thor stamp and the SE on the other handle - Aaron Edited April 9, 2008 by acorn

So the new beef builders have one ID handle and the other is blank?
