lloyd80s Posted April 7, 2007 Share Posted April 7, 2007 Hi All, I've been grip training for about 6 weeks and started with the #1, I closed it first time and then ordered the #2. Now the #2 was hard but after a few days I got it closed and thought I'd give my hands a rest for a couple of days and then try again. after this rest I picked up the #2 and got nowhere near closing it. It's one month on I find somedays I'll close it easy and the next day I'll get nowhere near!! Does anyone have any advise on the KTA and if it'd help?
